Mentoring and Induction Instructional Coach (Western Dubuque Community School District)
- Facilitating the district new teacher/new professional Mentoring and Induction Program via informal educator observations, based on educational standards and best practice instructional tools, post observation reflections, educational and management strategy planning, and professional development.
Instructional Coach (Assigned to Cascade Junior/Senior HS)
- Working with educators and support staff in group or individual coaching cycles or professional development opportunities regarding a range of effective and innovative instructional methods that reflect current research and best practices related to classroom content and student interaction.
